10k course is a safe, family-friendly course which cycles around Coquitlam Town Centre. It is perfect for young children, families, beginner cyclists and those who are committed to getting active!
40k course is a great course for intermediate cyclists or beginners looking for extra endurance challenge. The ride will take you along the scenic PoCo trails.
100k course is an adventure around the Tri-Cities and into Fort Langley. Perfect for intermediate cyclists and those who are comfortable on the road.
